kitty-watch

meanwhile...the kittens survived the weekend while i was away...tho they did disappear for a bit...till i figured out mamma-cat had moved them - their eyes are opening and they're getting a bit braver...so i guess she thought they needed more obstacles!
where are we?
this way out....

don't look down!
and today's message from the minibar.....

Bournemouth 2012

beside a beautiful beach at last
went away to my parents for the weekend, the sun was shining so we took a trip to Hengistbury Head for a nice beach walk and were lucky enough to watch a bit of the Bournemouth Air Show - which we didn't realise was on!
the fabulous Red Arrows welcome us

the infamous Noddy train at Hengistbury Head (where my Granny used to take me on days out from boarding school)

the beautiful beach huts at Mudeford

an impossibly long waiting list to get one and extremely expensive to boot
choo choo!

a Lancaster bomber and 2 Spitfires
and after getting the train home...i spot this abandoned on my walk back from the station...a horse in Harlesden!
no place for a pony princess!
get home and look whats on the telly..Desperately Seeking Susan - and I just bought these fab boots at the weekend because they reminded me of the ones Madonna wore in the movie!
