went to the brilliant art/theatre/installation thingy in a disused tunnel beneath Waterloo station the other day. a collaboration between the Punchdrunk crew and the Old Vic...with contributions from various artists...including some itty bitty stuff from the fab Slinkachu. half performance half art show...with inspiration taken from Fritz Lang's Metropolis. it was dark, dusty (had to wear masks...timely considering the current swine flew panic) and full of the usual nooks, crannies and scary goings on associated with Punchdrunk. excellent. can't wait for their next do in Manchester....
