a few ramblings about things i love, people i admire, places i've been and things i've seen...but most important of all the many mattresses i find abandoned in and around London NW10 aka MATTRESSLAND

fine things to be seen
excited to hear about the new show at local art gallery the Intervention Gallery at Kensal Green cemetary. current show "fine things to be seen" is on from 6th August to 5th September (details about visiting - sat/sun only - here). my manor is becoming so trendy these days.
the title of the show is inspired by GK Chesterton poem 'The Rolling English Road' which concludes:
'My friends, we will not go again or ape an ancient rage,
Or stretch the folly of our youth to be the shame of age,
But walk with clearer eyes and ears this path that wandereth,
And see undrugged in evening light the decent inn of death;
For there is good news yet to hear and fine things to be seen,
Before we go to Paradise by way of Kensal Green.'
