bubblicious
if you're looking for the perfect holiday spot just a hop skip and a jump over the channel you must check this place out...it's awesome....

built in the 60s by Swiss architect extraordinaire Pascal Hausermann on a small island in Raon L'etape these extraordinary egg-like pods were recently rescued and refurbished by a group of lovely people who make you feel right at home (and you'll never want to leave!).
myself and the sprouts were there for a blissful few days last year at the end of summer - we managed to venture out to a lake nearby where we swam alone in breathtaking surroundings.
also nearby is the town of Baccarat famous for its crystal (not to be confused with euro disco classic "Yes Sir I can Boogie" by Baccara - but that didn't stop it running through my brain every day)
