they were a fantastic pair of lushes - with cocktail in hand and sarcastic quip ready to roll off tongue Nick (the private dick) and Nora (wealthy socialite...puts Paris to shame) never failed to solve crimes (with the help of trusty sidekick Asta of course) in an elegant and charming way. heard recently they are thinking of doing a remake (with Robert Downey Junior as Nick Charles)....why?
